I discovered a holistic approach to addressing sleep that takes into account the complexities of mind, body, and soul, and now I'm helping others do the same.

Book a free 30-minute discovery call with your adult sleep coach to ask questions and see if this is the right fit for you.

You will then choose a package, sign the contract, & pay the invoice for your adult sleep coaching plan! 


Next, you will fill out a detailed questionnaire about your sleep challenges so your sleep coach can personalize a plan for you.

You will book a 60-90 minute phone or video call to review your sleep plan in details with your adult sleep coach!

I have a medically diagnosed sleep disorder (sleep apnea, restless leg syndrome, narcolepsy), can you still help?

While we are not medical professionals, we can work alongside your healthcare providers to help address underlying sleep disruptors that contribute to insomnia. Once your medical disorder is being treated and considered under control by a medical professional, we can assist in addressing other factors contributing to sleep disruption. Although these medical disorders may be the root cause of your sleep issues, insomnia can persist even after proper treatment of these conditions.

What if I don't see improvements?

Your life is complex, so there won’t be a simplistic or overnight fix to your sleep, but we are committed to supporting you throughout the process. While it takes time for new strategies and habits to produce results, if you don’t see improvements, we will reassess your sleep plan and make necessary adjustments. We believe in a collaborative approach and will work closely with you to identify and overcome any challenges to implementing the recommended strategies. The goal is not perfect sleep, but improved sleep and tools to navigate future challenges.
